By analyzing the existing structures, capacities, and challenges, this research seeks to establish a scientific foundation for designing effective policies and operational programs that can accelerate the development of the handicrafts sector and promote sustainable employment in the region. Methodology: This research was conducted using a mixed method approach and is applied in nature. In the qualitative phase, data were collected through expert interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis, which resulted in identifying six main factors: cultural factors, laws and regulations, infrastructure, human capital, financing, and markets. In the quantitative phase, to assess the current status of these factors, a researcher made questionnaire was distributed among 187 managers and employees in the handicrafts sector (selected using Cochran’s formula from a population of 246 individuals). The quantitative data were interpreted using statistical methods and structural modeling analyses. Findings: The findings indicate that all identified factors have a positive and significant impact on the province’s handicrafts entrepreneurship ecosystem. Among these, infrastructure factors play the most influential role with a path coefficient of 0.214, followed by cultural factors (0.20), laws and regulations (0.193), human capital (0.188), financing (0.166), and markets (0.158). The results highlight that weaknesses in infrastructure, along with the need to strengthen cultural and regulatory components, represent major bottlenecks for ecosystem development. This analysis provides a foundation for prioritizing policy actions and resource allocation. Originality/value: The added value of this research lies in presenting a localized and precise model of the handicrafts entrepreneurship ecosystem in East Azerbaijan, derived from the simultaneous analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. This model clarifies the gap between the current and the desired states and offers actionable insights for policymakers, managers, and stakeholders in the handicrafts sector. The findings can serve as a scientific basis for designing operational programs, development projects, and effective strategies to enhance ecosystem performance and accelerate the region’s economic growth. هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه تصویری دقیق و نظام مند از وضعیت کنونی زیست بوم کارآفرینی صنایع دستی در استان آذربایجان شرقی و شناسایی عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر عملکرد آن است. این پژوهش با تحلیل ساختارها، ظرفیت ها و چالش های موجود، در پی ایجاد مبنایی علمی برای طراحی سیاست ها و برنامه های عملیاتی است که بتوانند توسعه بخش صنایع دستی و اشتغال پایدار در این منطقه را شتاب بخشند. روش شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکردی آمیخته (ترکیبی) انجام شده و ماهیتی کاربردی دارد. در مرحله کیفی، داده ها از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شدند که منجر به شناسایی شش عامل اصلی گردید: عوامل فرهنگی، قوانین و مقررات، زیرساخت ها، سرمایه انسانی، تأمین مالی و بازارها. در مرحله کمی، برای ارزیابی وضعیت کنونی این عوامل، پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته میان ۱۸۷ نفر از مدیران و کارکنان حوزه صنایع دستی (که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران از جامعه ای ۲۴۶ نفری انتخاب شده بودند) توزیع شد. داده های کمی با بهره گیری از روش های آماری و تحلیل های مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیر شدند. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهند که تمامی عوامل شناسایی شده، تأثیری مثبت و معنادار بر زیست بوم کارآفرینی صنایع دستی استان دارند. در این میان، عوامل زیرساختی با ضریب مسیر ۰.۲۱۴ بیشترین تأثیر را دارند و پس از آن به ترتیب عوامل فرهنگی (۰.۲۰)، قوانین و مقررات (۰.۱۹۳)، سرمایه انسانی (۰.۱۸۸)، تأمین مالی (۰.۱۶۶) و بازارها (۰.۱۵۸) قرار می گیرند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که ضعف در زیرساخت ها، به همراه ضرورت تقویت مؤلفه های فرهنگی و مقرراتی، از گلوگاه های اصلی توسعه این زیست بوم محسوب می شوند. این تحلیل، مبنایی برای اولویت بندی اقدامات سیاستی و تخصیص منابع فراهم می آورد. نوآوری/ارزش: ارزش افزوده این پژوهش در ارائه مدلی بومی و دقیق از زیست بوم کارآفرینی صنایع دستی در آذربایجان شرقی نهفته است که حاصل تحلیل هم زمان داده های کیفی و کمی می باشد. این مدل، شکاف میان وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب را روشن می سازد و بینش هایی کاربردی را در اختیار سیاست گذاران، مدیران و ذی نفعان حوزه صنایع دستی قرار می دهد. این یافته ها می توانند به عنوان مبنایی علمی برای طراحی برنامه های عملیاتی، پروژه های توسعه ای و راهبردهای مؤثر جهت ارتقای عملکرد اکوسیستم و شتاب بخشی به رشد اقتصادی منطقه عمل کنند. https://ijhac.ir/downloadfilepdf/137365
